Qigong in the Heavens Valley on 9.45am 7 May

We are delighted to offer you the chance to join a gentle yet invigorating Qigong session with Clare Ballard in the Heavens Valley.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese method of cultivating health and wellbeing, incorporating movement, breath work and meditation. Clare has worked as an Osteopath for very many years and has been teaching Qigong in Stroud for more than 3 years.

Clare will meet you at the Bowbridge Lane entrance at 9.45am and then walk you through the Heavens to the spot she has chosen for this movement and body energy practice to savour the Spring and the beauty of the Heavens. Clare will walk you back to the Bowbridge Lane entrance by 11.30am.

Please wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes as it is quite a steep and, in places, uneven walk to the place where you will enjoying the Qigong.

Parking around the Bowbridge Lane entrance is limited so please leave in plenty of time.

Tickets cost £10, with a 'Pay it forward' option of £15. There are 15 spaces available.

We have tried to keep the pricing of this event as low as possible but we do need to cover our costs and so we would also encourage everyone to donate as well, if you can. We have lots of costs involved in running the Heavens Valley CBS - everyday costs like insurance and all our systems so all our brilliant volunteers can carrying doing their fantastic work.
