Join our Friends scheme from as little as £5 a month or as much as you would like - this will help us to look after the land for everyone.

Why become a friend?

The Heavens Valley is owned and run by the community, and it can stay that way with help to back it. Regular gifts enable us to have a steady income to plan around, and allow us to look after the land, run community events, and keep it safe and accessible for everyone. Where your money goes

Your monthly gift goes towards:

• Land management and conservation

• Administrative costs e.g. insurance, accountancy costs, our Customer Relationship Management system, gmail subscription

• Community events and activities

• Maintenance of paths and buildings

• Keeping the project running

how should i sign up using a standing order?

After doing so please email info@heavensvalley.org.uk with your full name and postal address to ensure you receive the Friends benefits. (Important!)

How long do I have to commit for?

We understand financial situations can change and therefore the membership can be cancelled at any time. Refunds however will not be accepted.

Can I add Gift Aid?

Yes, we would love you to add Gift Aid. If you’re a UK taxpayer, we can claim 25p for every £1 given, at no extra cost to you.

How can i give this as a gift?

If you would like the gift to remain a secret, please add your own information only, and email us with the recipients details and when you’d like them to hear the news.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes, if you choose to set up a direct debit then your details will be entered and stored through verified our payment provider Stripe, never through our website or stored on our databases.

Is this the same as owning a share in The Heavens Valley?

No, if you want to have a say in the running of the Heavens Valley then please buy a share. As a shareholder you will be asked to vote on important decisions about the care of the valley and the running of the CBS, such as electing directors. You can buy shares for other people and they make a brilliant gift.
