I am passionate about Heavens Valley as a place of ecological renewal, community creativity, and shared stewardship. As a director, I would welcome the opportunity to continue helping guide its development in a way that reflects its values of inclusion, sustainability, and collective care.
As a Green District councillor, I’m passionate about supporting projects like the Heavens to help nature recovery in the area, whilst ensuring everyone has access to open countryside. On my 12-acre smallholding, I work with Thomas Keble students on habitat restoration to support GWT’s efforts to create wildlife rich corridors.
As part of the Golden Valley Land Manager’s Cluster, I share knowledge with other landowners. The Heavens offers a great opportunity to deepen community connections with the land, especially for young and disadvantaged people and those with additional needs.
Green District Councillor (Minchinhampton) on Environment and Community Services committees.
Member Champion for Litter and Clean Environment working with communities on grass roots projects, events and fundraising campaigns.
Health & Wellbeing Champion tackling ASB to create clean, green spaces that benefit both nature and people.
Stroud News & Journal’s Community Champion of the Year.
Director of Transition Stroud leading climate and sustainability projects.
Experienced project leader with DBS, first aid and safeguarding qualifications.
Professional photographer (Mouse About Town).
Programme lead for the Cotswold Canal Trust’s youth volunteer group, working with Duke of Edinburgh students and The Door Youth Club.
Active campaigner for local issues, including responsible dog ownership.
I’m energetic, project-driven, and thrive on building partnerships. I would love to play a part in helping the Heavens become a beacon for environmental stewardship and nature recovery, to create a space where people from all walks of life can enjoy learning how to connect with nature and how to look after it.
